Commonwealth v. C.W. 

(Petition to Terminate Probation)

Client, a student at the University of Pittsburgh was charged with Criminal Conspiracy, Possession of a Controlled Substance & other related crimes.  Subsequent to being charged with these crimes, Client was placed on Interim Suspension by the University.   

Facing these very serious charges, Client retained Attorney Paletta with the hopes of achieving some type of disposition which would allow him to eventually continue his education and return to the University of Pittsburgh
